great food but service could improve
The food in the restaurant impressed us greatly, delivering quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The mountain view from our balcony added a stunning backdrop to our stay, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
The service was a bit slow at times, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

had a great stay in our ullswater suite, it was super comfy and clean. the kitchen had everythin we needed which was a big plus, even a dishwasher and all the tabs. also loved having a lil patio outside to chill and enjoy the view. the pool and hot tub were awesome, really nice area to relax. the clean and friendly vibes made it feel like home.
check-in was kinda frustrating since we were told our room wasn't accessible like we asked. also, the restaurant wasn't the best, my steak was so tough i had to send it back.

We really enjoyed the cozy Ullswater Suite, especially with the warm fireplace and the comfy bed that made us feel right at home. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day, offering a nice escape. Just a minor note, the patio could use a little sprucing up, but it didn't take away from our lovely stay. 🌟

Great stay but could use more toiletries
We were surprised by how spacious and comfy the room was, with a nice cooking area and stunning views. Enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast one morning and the bar had a fab terrace with even better views. The pool and sauna were a treat after hiking! Just wish they'd provided more toiletries like shampoo.
